We are frequently asked if we board small dogs and the answer is emphatically yes! We know that many of our small dogs think they are big so we are very careful in our supervision. We find that the small dogs enjoy the big yards as they seem even bigger to them! If your dog prefers a lap to the great outdoors or any combination of both, counselors are always available for a cuddle.

Small Dogs
We frequently do a separate “small dogs” group for hiking. These guys may be small but they have a mighty big good time at Town & Country!
On a personal note, Marian has a dachshund and a chiweenie in her pack. The dachshund runs the house, including the three rottweilers. We do understand the “little man syndrome” as well as the more shy nature some small dogs exhibit. We are always happy to adjust their day and space to accommodate their individual personas. This is not a “mass production” but a very individualized program!
